A Surprised Package For Faye

Hello,

Last week Katie at Westie and Julp surprised us with another package for Faye.  Isn't Faye one lucky girl?
Look what are in the package.  Summer clothes and accessories for her AG dolls.  How cute are they! I made the hangers and I will share them in another post.

Every time Faye opened the package that Katie sent her, she tried  the clothes on her doll and played with it. I forgot to take the picture then.    I found the pair of sock but when I needed them for picture I forgot where I put it.   Does that consider short term memory lost? (lol)

Thank you so much Katie for another lovely surprised.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

RAK From Katie

Hello Bloggers Friends!

Today I would like to share a RAK (Random Act of Kindness) from Katie.  Recently I met Katie via Ann's blog Meet My Other Friend Monday.  I stopped by Katie's blog and leave a random comment.  I was loving her American Girl doll clothes.   Katie and I exchanged a few email and next thing I knew this lovely package arrived.

I was so surprised to see such big box decorated with beautiful AG stickers and glitter paper.  Faye was even more surprised to see her name on the package.  She couldn't believe it!  She kept on asking who sent her the package? I told her a lovely lady sent her the box.   I was BLOWN AWAY when we opened the box and saw so many pretty doll clothes! I've seen doll clothes at local craft shows but nothing like these.   Katie workmanship is magnification!

The jacket (cherry blossom print, loving it) and the PJ shirts are reversible! so many choices to play with, for Faye I meant. :)

Look at the Easter dress and the hat!  oh, so pretty!  The basket were filled with felt Easter stickers.

Everyone needs a  black dress even for doll!

Look at the travel bag with a doll carrier inside!

Outside pocket was decorated with dragon flies, flowers buttons and rick rack ribbon

Thank you SO MUCH Katie for making Faye feel EXTRA SPECIAL! Faye lit up every time she looks at the doll clothes and plays with them everyday.  She packed everything that she received for our trip.

I will be a way from blogging and will return April 3rd.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter!

Look at those embroidery!

This one here is pure raw silk.

This one here is hand embroidery chiffon.
And last but not least handmade paisleys and flowers.

The card that came with the items.

I don't think I will use any of these.  I can't cut them into pieces.   I wanted to keep them for as long as possible (lol).  Thank you SO MUCH Monica for sharing these wonderful items with me.   Now I have something unique and special in my craft collections.   This blog thing kept on getting better and better!

Monica made cards and sold them for charities.  She is very good with using natural materials on her cards.  The world need more people like her.  Do stop by MONICA'S BLOG and give her some blog love.

RAK from Patti Lee

Hello,

Just a quick sharing.  Look what I got from Patti Lee last weeek!  A couple of Patti's creations.

I've never seen this kind of take out box before.  It is so cute and filled with good enough to eat fortune cookies.

I've always wanted this basket.  Patti probably read my mind and she sent me the basket with everything ready to assemble.  Patti even laced the adhesive on all the pieces!
Some pop up stickers.

Last but not least a note book with my initial on the cover.  Cool, isn't it!

Here is the inside.

Thank you so much Patti for these wonderful creations!

P.S. Wedding invitations are not coming out so good.   I had to redo most of them.  Did I panic?  You bet!

A Gift from Barbara Diane

Good Morning Everyone!

Look what I got in the mail yesterday!  A beautiful box with a matching set of 3 x 3 note cards from Barbara Diane at
Barbara's World of Whimcees

The box is so adorable!  Look at the lid!  It is so small and Barbara decorated it all around!

The six note cards.

Here is the inside of the note card. These two flowers were not made from punches everyone!  Barbara hand cut them!  They are teeny tiny flowers.
And here is the card.  Beautiful gift won't you agree!

I've always admired Barbara's amazing creations.  Barbara really focus on details and that was what made her creations such an amazing pieces.  I have to say I am one lucky gal to receive Barbara's creations.  If you haven't check out her blog yet, you are missing out.  Barbara made the most incredible dolls from fabrics and polymer clays!

Thank you Barbara for thinking of me!

Thank you everyone for checking in with me today!  Have a wonderful day!
