Simple Congrats Card

Hello,

I felt like making a simple congrats card. So here it is.

The pattern paper was Recollection from Michale's clearance rack.  I think I had the pattern upside down, ha ha, didn't see it then. Oh, well ....

    I like it upside down - reminds me of an Oriental flower. What a SUPER card. LOVE it.
