Crochet Rib Stitch Scarf

Hello,

I have been making scarfs and this is one of them.  Doesn't this look like knitting? It is not knitting.  It's crocheting.  You can find the tutorial here.

    That's a beautiful scarf and a nice stitch. Is it stretchy like a knitted rib?
