Altered Wooden Circle Box


Hello,

I altered this wooden circle box a while ago.  I think because the two colors didn't go together I didn't really like the result.



The original lid didn't fit the box since I added two layers on the box so I made a new lid out of card stock.

    It is unlike your usual color combination but gorgeous all the same-- I like the two tone colors of the roses very much

    I think you are your own worst critic. The box is beautiful. A lot of times people will order cakes where I work and the color combinations they ask for sound horrid. Once I put them together though I find they really don't look all that bad :)

    The box looks gorgeous and the lid is even better. Don't know what you have against the colours, they go together just fine.
