Hello again,
Thank you for stopping by. I ordered this quilling book called "Quilling Elegant & Easy" by Malinda Johnston. I ordered this book from the Quilling Superstore. This book has lots of cute phrases and has simple quilling flowers and patterns for decorating the frames.
Here is the first one.
It didn't come out so good because of the dark background. You know me! I had to make another one.
I printed out the "Follow your dreams" from the computer and forgot the "s" at the end. I didn't notice it until it was done so there is a funny looking "s" there. I don't have any lace ribbon so I used the eyelet border punch from Stampin' Up! Then I ran the strip through paper crammer and cut slits so it'd be easier to go around the oval.
More quilling tomorrow.
Helen

ReplyDeleteHi Helen, Just happened to be checking Rae's blog and saw your comment (signed Helen) so I had to come over and see your beautiful cards and projects. OMG, the Quilling is gorgeous! My step-daughter has done this in the past, but I've never attempted it ~ must go read more on your blog now. Helen F.
