It is a very simple card but I like it.  I added shimmer paint to the image  but of course it is impossible to see.

Sharing a quick Christmas cards for up coming holiday.  Katie at Derby and Julep sent me lots of stamps.  I kept some and sent some out.  I really like these two stamps.

There is very little embellishment because I wanted the cards to be flat for just regular mailing.

Crochet Crocodile Flower Square

Hello,

After I  finished the crochet Autumn afghan, I was in search for another crochet square pattern.  I found this beautiful crochet dahlia square on Ravelry.  The best part is it is a free pattern.   Link to free pattern here.  This square measure about 10" square.

Here is another pattern.  It looks very much a like.  It is also a free pattern.  This one is about 12" square.

Halloween Dress From Katie

Hello Everyone,

I am still around.  I'm just a little less motivated and a bit lazy of late.  I've noticed that I am like that after I finished a big project (Autumn afghan).  Any way I am hoping to get back to my routine soon.  O.k enough of my boring stuff.

Look at what Faye got in the mail again from Katie at Westiejulep.  A Halloween dress for her American girl doll.  The purse is just too cute!  Thank you so much Katie!

And here is the thank you card that Faye made for Katie.  She chose the embossing folder.  She wanted to color the leaves so I showed her how to use the aqua painter and water color crayons  from Stamping up.  Still need more work but I think Katie won't mind.  There is a happy face on the spider but my white gel pen never work right.

Crochet Autumn Afghan Finished

Hello,

I finished my friend Autumn afghan.  However, I forgot to take the finished afghan before she picked it up.
This picture here shown 11 blocks x 14 blocks about 65" x 78".  Rachel wanted a queen size so I added two more rows.  The finished afghan measure approximately 85" x 90".  

And look at her thank you card, simple yet so pretty.  I love it.

 A gift card on the inside.  I was totally surprised.  I did not expect this at all but Rachel won't have it.   Thank you Rachel.
